Handling
Mon-Angelique recommends registered postage for Singapore deliveries. There
is no tracking number or facilities for normal postage and Mon-Angelique or
SingPost cannot be liable for the loss of mail. SingPost is unlikely to be able
to assist in requests regarding lost normal mails as well.
Registered postage is compulsory for overseas purchases.
Should sent parcels be rejected due to no fault of Mon-Angelique, customer
will have to bear the postage charges for redelivery. These will include
invalid/incorrect addresses provided by the customer, non-collection of parcels
deposited at the post office etc.
Please note that we'll not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
All buyers will be provided with tracking number of their packages (except for
normal mail in Singapore) and Mon-Angelique ensures that all items are
carefully packed before sending it out. So, which means goods sold are not
returnable and exchangeable as well.
The jewelry may have slight differences in terms of colour due to lighting
in photography & screen calibration. If you have any enquiries, feel free
